Information we collect
We only collect what you give us or what is needed to run the site securely:

We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive data, and we do not ask for payment information on this site.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to your community application and select participants.
- To send the emails you opted into (newsletters, resources, and program announcements).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To respond to your messages and provide the services you request.
Service providers we share data with
We share personal information only with vendors that help us run the service, and only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Airtable — stores our subscriber and application records (CRM).
- Resend — delivers our email and reports delivery/engagement events.
- Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and the secure intake endpoint for forms.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
- ManyChat — captures Instagram lead-magnet opt-ins.
- Calendly — schedules 1:1 consultations you book.
- Skool — hosts the paid/free community you may join.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices & rights
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of a list at any time without affecting any other list.
- Access, correction & deletion: email ethan@ethanai.ai to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws; we honor verified requests regardless of location.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain a subscriber or applicant, or as needed for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Children’s privacy
This site and our programs are intended for adults. We do not direct our services to, or knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
“Do Not Track” signals
We do not track our visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not serve targeted advertising. Because there is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals, our site does not currently respond to them differently. We will update this section if that changes.
International visitors
We operate from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the U.S. If you access the site or apply from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. under this Policy.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards (including encrypted connections and bot protection) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes will be made conspicuous.
