“15 Free Spots” Giveaway — Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win
These Official Rules govern the EthanAI Skool Community “15 Free Spots” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), in which up to 15 people receive a free-for-life membership to an otherwise paid community. Spots are awarded on the merit of your application answers — not by a random drawing (legally, this makes it a skill/merit-based selection rather than a game of chance). By submitting an application you agree to these Rules and to the Privacy Policy, which are binding.
01Sponsor

02Eligibility
- Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Open worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law (“void where prohibited”). You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
- A valid email address is required to enter and to be notified.
03How to enter
Complete and submit the application form at ethanai.ai/apply during the Entry Period. Entry is free — no purchase or payment of any kind is required, and a purchase will not improve your chances. Limit one (1) entry per person; duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified. Incomplete or fraudulent entries are void.
04Entry period
The Entry Period begins on June 11, 2026 and continues on a rolling basis until the Sponsor closes applications or all available spots have been awarded, whichever comes first. The Sponsor may open or close the Entry Period in its discretion and will reflect changes here.
05Prize
Up to fifteen (15) winners will each receive a free-for-life membership to the EthanAI Skool community (the “Prize”), which would otherwise cost $47 per month. Approximate retail value (ARV) per Prize: $564 per year for the duration of the membership; total ARV of all Prizes is significant given the lifetime nature of the memberships. The Prize is personal to the winner, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, and may modify or discontinue the community for legitimate business reasons. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
06How winners are chosen
Winners are hand-selected by the Sponsor (or its designated judges) in the Sponsor’s sole and reasonable discretion — not at random — based on the following judging criteria, weighted roughly equally:
- The thoughtfulness and clarity of your application answers;
- Your demonstrated motivation and commitment to building with AI;
- The strength and specificity of what you want to build or achieve in the community; and
- Overall fit with the community and the value you’re likely to both gain and contribute.
In the event of substantially comparable applications, the Sponsor will break ties based on the criterion of motivation and commitment. The Sponsor’s selection decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
07Winner notification
Selected winners will be notified by email at the address provided. A winner must respond and accept within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, declines, is ineligible, or fails to respond in time, the Sponsor may select an alternate. Non-winning applicants may be offered the opportunity to join the community as a paying member, but are under no obligation to do so.
08Publicity
Except where prohibited, by accepting a Prize a winner consents to the Sponsor using their first name and social handle to announce winners and promote the community, without additional compensation. The Sponsor will not publish your email address or your application answers.
09Related: monthly build-off
Separately, active community members may participate in a recurring monthly “build-off” skill challenge with a $300 cash prize awarded to the winning build. That challenge is open to active members who are 18+, is judged on the merit of submissions, and is governed by its own rules posted inside the community. It is not part of this Giveaway.
10General conditions & liability
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor and its providers from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it.
11Privacy
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
12Not affiliated with the platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Skool, or any other platform. You release those platforms from any responsibility in connection with this Giveaway.
13Governing law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, except where prohibited by your local law.
